Studies

The study programmes at master level are aimed at an international public. A number of master programmes are taught in English. The bachelor programme, however, is solely taught in Dutch. The master degree, obtained after successfully completing a full study programme, is recognized worldwide as a step-up to a wide range of higher-level management positions in the industry, the public sector, research and educational institutions, etc. The current programmes of study are found under 'studies'.

Research

Alongside teaching, research forms an essential part of the University structure. In the Faculty, the research is focused on applied biological sciences, of which agriculture is an important aspect. For years, research is carried out on environmental problems, biotechnology, food sciences, land management and interphase chemistry. This research is conducted at three departments.

The doctoral programme of the Faculty is a full part of the Arenberg Doctoral School. All information about scholarships, vacant positions, admissions, ... can be found there.
